Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. The following conditions must be met to be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.

  2. Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Items must be returned in its original packaging.

  4. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out through our ‘Contact’ tab or directly to our email at palomaspearlandstone@gmail.com to request a return or exchange. Please include in your email the reason for your return or exchange and the order number.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item: Send the package to the address provided via email. Please use the tracking number provided by the mailing service to ensure we receive your return.

  4. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs unless your return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your return has been received.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your credit card issuer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to our email: palomaspearlandstone@gmail.com. Make sure you include your order number, name, and a picture of the damaged/incorrect item. Please allow 1-3 days for us to get back to you with further instructions. We will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Please note that this policy does not cover damage caused by the courier during transit. In such cases, we recommend you contact the courier directly to file a claim. We also suggest you keep the original packaging and take pictures of the damaged item upon arrival.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange. These items will be clearly identified on our website.
